The Research On Education Of The University Students’ Employment

Based on the serious situation of university students’ employment, this articlethrough the study on college students’ employment education theory and practice,further clarify the main problems of university students’ employment and the reasons;Based on the research of the education of university students’ employment, furtherunderstand the connotation of education of university students’ employment and thetheoretical basis, the characteristics of college students’ employment education. Onthe basis of the actual situation of Y employment education for undergraduate courseand the existing problems, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures andSuggestions.The article is divided into four parts, the first chapter is introduction, includingthe meaning of the research background, research ideas, methods and related researchreview, and the main cause of the university students’ employment problems aresummarized. The second chapter is the connotation of education on college students’employment and defining the relevant concepts, simply introducing the developmenthistory of employment education in our country. The theoretical basis andcharacteristics of college students employment education courses are summarized.The third chapter through the data collection and the method of literature andinvestigation, the Y employment education for undergraduate course of the currentsituation and existing problems are summarized, mainly from the employmenteducation institutions, teachers, and the content of employment education andevaluation dimensions. The fourth chapter of Y university employment educationcourses, from the curriculum content, curriculum implementation, teachingenvironment and evaluation pertinence Suggestions are put forward.The aim of this study is through the organization of employment education,employment education of curriculum content, curriculum evaluation of employmenteducation courses, to university students’ employment in our country educationcurriculum development and the improvement of the employment education forundergraduate course Y to provide some beneficial help.
