In our country,female teacher is a community who are provided with higher cultural level in the universities. They play a emphatically role in the constructing of modernization and progress of society. But, we can discover that there has great disparity in the title of a technical post, educational background and various levels competition between female teacher and male teacher for a long time.it is obvious that female teacher was lower than the male teacher though there has a striking increasing in female teacher's high title proportion, doctor, master proportion in recent years. Compared population of doctor and high title with total of female teacher is not worth mention. We also can say nothing of the discipline leader and the academic backbone. Something must be take the responsibility for this phenomenon. The reason is most likely to the mechanical impression of sex and occupation which make them get into the puzzle of "the glass ceiling" in the professional development.Based on the unbalanced condition before-listed.this article discuss the condition of professional development of female teacher in the universities from view of social sex with synthetical literature material law and comparative ways. Appealing building advantageous environment in the aspect of sex culture and the social for them.Reconstructing the female teacher's main consciousness so as to impels them to fully achieve their social value.while changes own, also changes woman community's idea and the status in entire societyThe findings indicated that, (1) female teacheres in universities inferior to masculine teacher in development of profession (2)The social factor, the family factor, the universities environmental factor and the individual factor, are obvious to influence the female teacher's professional development in universities;(3) there has close relation between consciousness of Professional plan and feminine teacher's development.Mainly suggested : (1)The society should provide good software, the hardware environment for female teacher's development;(2)The universities shuould build a good humanities environment for their development and help them establish the consciousness self-confident, self-striving and the professional development through all kinds of ways ;(3) The female teachers must strengthen their own quality, fully unfolds their sex superiority, enhances the self- decision-making and...
