With the rapid development of higher education and expansion of faculty in China, young female teachers' number in universities is growing, and they are playing a very important part in universities. The quality construction of young female teachers in universities directly influences student's growth and university'development, so it deserves our attentions. Teacher's professional development is crux and radical measure to ensure and promote the university young female teachers'quality. Therefore, the significance of the theory and the practice value is very important to research university young female teachers' professional development.Having referenced to the connotation and constitution theory of teacher's professional development and the stage theory of it, this paper generalizes and puts forward the connotation theory and the stage theory of the university teacher's professional development, analyzes university young female teachers' quality constitution and the special stage of their professional development. Afterward, this paper elaborates the influencing factors of university young female teachers'professional development, including social factor, university factor, family factor and their own factor.According to those four factors, this paper gets a large number of the first hand information by way of questionnaire survey and interview on some young female teachers by selection of random sample in six universities of Jiangxi province. After the analysis of the collected data, we find six major problems existing in university young female teachers'professional development, as follows: First, their professional development are passive, blind and unplanned; Second, their family responsibilities are very heavy and affect their professional development heavily; Third, they have few training opportunities and it is difficult to improve their professional competence; Fourth, teaching and research work are heavy, and their pressure from work is high; Fifth, their income is low and economical pressure is great; Sixth, their incentives to achievement and the success expects are low .Finally, we bring up some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the problems that exist in the university female young teachers'professional development in a specific and directed way from those four influencing factors. It is hoped that these suggestions will serve as good reference in university female young teachers'professional development and promote the university young female teachers in Jiangxi Province to step onto a benign career development path.
