Research On The Professional Development Dilemma Of Senior High School Female Teachers With Two-Children Under The Background Of Universal Two Child Policy

As China has vigorously implemented the “Two-child” policy,more and more senior high school female teachers actively respond to the national “Two-child” policy and the number of senior high school female teachers with two-children is expanding,but they are confronted with more professional development problems than ever before because of the coming of their second child.Taking B school of F district for example,the research mainly explore and analyse the professional development dilemma of the women teachers of B school in F district by some concrete events and activity.By means of interviewing,questionnaire investigation,and observation,the research finds that there are mainly four dilemmas,first and foremost,“ that female teachers with two-children fail to concentrate all their attention on their job”;second,“ The driving force of professional development for senior high school female teachers with two-children is not enough”;third,” they are faced with scarce chances of development”;fourth,the speed of their professional development is slow.The four problems are caused by as follows: first,there is family oriented consciousness among female teachers with two children;second,the roughly management pattern as well as improper evaluation from school to female teachers with two-children;third,some facilities to take care of babies are not completed,which makes the female teachers busy in looking after the babies,and almost everything related to caring about babies must be finished by themselves,so they will certainly lose a lot of chances,fourth,their professional development consciousness is not strong,which affects their professional development speed.In order to solve the problems above,the research will take measures from the angle of these senior high school female teachers with two-children themselves,school,as well as government.Firstly,the women teachers themselves should strengthen their subject consciousness,weakening their family oriented thought;secondly,school should improve assessment management,promoting women teachers with two children professional development's driving;thirdly,our government should make related policies to help build guarantee system to care for kids well;fourthly,the women teachers with two children should widen their outer assistant methods,and study from excellent individuals so as to speed their profession development.
