| Since the 20th century, studies of the incentive mechanism in oversea countries have seen great developments with the appearance of numerous and complicated theories. Significantly in the United States, there have been fruitful achievements documented by various genres. However, the domestic studies of the incentive mechanism are in there infancies.This dissertation, firstly, presents the basic theories of the incentive mechanism and clarifies the definition of the intrinsic characters of the incentive mechanism for the purpose of establishing an incentive mechanism with Chinese characteristics. By introducing the autoptical method that is widely applied in administration, a survey on the main incentive factors was performed, which indicates that analyzing and surveying are basic research methodologies toward the investigation of the incentive mechanism. Secondly, this dissertation provides theoretical and practical references for the development of the domestic incentive mechanism. Six types of the most effective incentive methods that are widely accepted have been pointed out and elucidated in detail based on surveys. Lastly, a few perspectives concerning the development of domestic incentive theories are put forward. |
