Higher vocational college's student cadres play an important role in the students 'management in higher vocational colleges,but due to their poor comprehensive qualities,short post periods,and heavy working pressures.The number of students 'organization is not stable.In that case,teachers of the higher vocational colleges should master some incentive mechanisms which can intensify the internal motivation of student cadres.Based on the characteristics of student leaders in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the incentive mechanism of the Qu Zhou Technical College student cadres.Find out the current lackness of Qu Zhou Technical College student incentive system by questionnaire survey and interviews.The results reflect:1.The reasons why higher vocational colleges' students join in the students union are various.Those students do these mainly want to exercise their ability,contribute to future employment,enrich university life,and cultivate a sense of hard working spirit.The common students know little about the student cadres' work content,Nature of work,working style,working meaning,not to mention being attract by the student organization.2.In the aspect of work enthusiasm: students do this mainly for spiritual incentives than material demand.Most of them want to enhance their ability and have good interpersonal relationships etc.There are also some more utilitarian aims,such as for employment,in order to get the teacher attention etc.The main reasons for student leaders' indifference in work are “it is unable to practice abilities or realize self-values”,“no concern from advisor”,“have difficulty in dealing with the relationship to others”etc,which shows that students in higher professional colleges place much importance on their relations with other students,the approval from others,and the opportunities to improve themselves.3.The reason why students leave the organization mainly are: after general election,unable to practice abilities,little concern from the advisor,no creative work,too busy to do the students affair etc.,which shows that students lost their interest easily when cannot get their target.4.In the aspect of student's view towards the incentive effect,student cadres and ordinary students' requirements are basically the same,hoping to get the approvment,encouragement and support,to get everyone's approval,access to training and good interpersonal relationship.This shows that college students cadres pay more attention to others affirmation of his approval,are eager to be improved.According to the survey results and the analysis of the existing incentive mechanism of QuZhou Technical College,the incentive mechanism of student cadres in Higher Vocational Colleges present "incentive content too single to meet the demand of diversity of student cadres”,“The scope of incentive mechanism is small,some student cadres is still lack of effective incentive "," quality promotion system is not perfect,not formed the scientific ability of long-term training mechanism”,“performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the stage evaluation system is not perfect "," too much emphasis on short-term incentive,lack of long-term planning and guidance "," incentive mechanism based mostly on the award,but lack of punishment and exit mechanismThis paper argues that in order to further optimize the construction of incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges student cadres training,to build a more perfect system of Cultivating Higher Vocational Students' cadres,we should be in line with the purpose of service students,follow the principle of openness,justice,give priority to spiritual encouragement and positive encouragement,hierarchical classification motivation,timely appropriate incentive principle.Based on 8 aspects,such as “establish the student cadre selection system scientifically,establish student cadre training mechanism systematically ","establish a ‘people-oriented' student cadres mechanism "," Establish fair and equitable performance evaluation system ","establish a harmonious and mutually beneficial environment for mutual incentive mechanism "etc.,Improve the incentive system of student cadres and build a more harmonious campus atmosphere,strengthen Communication with the student cadres,establish a systematic,institutionalized incentive system to promote the student cadres' ability to a new level.The student cadre incentive is a systematic project,involving a wide range and complex content,methods are various,objects are special,time is long,it is not only matters about school,students,parents,but also involves all the aspects of school work,even involves the construct and the guidance of the whole society value.Therefore,all the school departments,students,parents should join hands to cooperate closely,to create a good learning ? living ? growing environment for students.
