Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The College Student Management

Nowadays, with the development of higher education popularization, "people-oriented" and "students-oriented" has become guiding ideology of the college student management, the student is not only the main body of college student management, but also the object of college student management, students' self-management has the vital significance on college student management.Based on a large number of literature review and interviews, the paper takes "humanism", "human capital theory", "Marx about an all-round development of man's ideological theory" as theoretical basis, expounds the goal and content of college student management, summarizes the achievements and the existing problems of college student management, analysis the reasons of problems, and puts forward of the countermeasures to improve college student management.First part is overview of student's management of higher education.
