Research On The Education Of Academy Of Classical Learning In Huizhou

The Academy of Classical Leaning (ACL), also"Shu Wu","Jing She"as well, is a new educational organization which emerges is the Feudal period of China. The ACL choose the idealist philosophy education, whose main contents are classical works of Confucian school. This educational pattern is an important one of traditional Chinaese language and literature education. The education of ACL thrived in Song dynasty and ended in late Qing dynasty. During this period it is always the major supplement of feudal official education. And the education of ACL plays an important role in the development of our feudal traditional traditional Chinaese language and literature education, the flourishment of learning and the cultivation of local talents.The first ACL in Anhui named Guizhi was founded in Jixi of Huizhou in the fourth year of Jingde during the former Song dynasty (AD 1007). Then there were a lot of ACL arised successively in six counties belong to Huizhou (She county,Xiuning, QiMen,Yi county, Jixi and Wuyuan), such as Ziyang of She county, Wugang of Qimen, Ziyang of Wuyuan, Mingjing of Wuyuan, Shishan of She county, Dongshan of Qimen, Doushan of She county, Biyang of Yi county, Huangu of Xiuning, Zhushan of She county, Nanhu of Yi county, there were almostly 260 ACL during this time. We can say that the education of ACL in Huizhou is always compatiable with the feudal ACL education system. Ziyang is the best academy in Huizhou, it is a famous academy during the period of Ming dynasty in china .During the long history process of 900 years, the ACL of HuiZhou put the classical works of Confucian school as the most important to traditional Chinese teaching.
