Human rights consciousness is one kind of understanding. Which is based on the foundation that individual main body consciousness awakens to the right and the voluntary dialectical unification relations , including cognition of human rights, right consciousness and obligation consciousness is it deal with modern consciousness of the Trinity of social relationships to use foring unified. It is an objective need for senior high school students to build up the sense of human rights. Also it is an urgency to respect and safeguard human rights and build a harmonious society for socialistic citizens. At present, not only some studies on the sense of human righes are being carried out in some foreign coutries and some areas of China, such as Hongkong and Taiwan but the achievements are also being applied to school education. Compared to this, present studies on this subject in the main land of China are far lagged behind. The education on civic rights and duties in senior high schools is only about their theories and there is no education on human rights in the full sense. On the whole, studies about high school students' education on the sense of human rights are still being explored.This article holds the opinion that the lack of the sense of human rights is one of the main reasons for the frequent dissimilaration and distortion of the school education in our country. By means of open investigating questionnaire for students, it probes into the present situation of the sense of human rights among senior high school students. Using some ready related achievements in research for reference and working out a forecasting questionnaire on the sense of human rights among senior high school students, this article uses the formal questionnaire " a questionnaire on the present situation of the sense of human rights among senior high school students" which is made by eliminating some items in terms of metrical standards as a tool, takes some senior high schools both in town and coutry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for example to explore the cause of the lacuna in the sense of human rights among senior high school students and puts forward the viewpoint that the three aspects: society, schools and families contribute to the lacuna . Meanwhile, it gives the main measures to educate senior high school students for the sense of human rights:Firstly, create a social environment advantageous to educate senior high school students the sense of human rights economically, politiallyand culturally.Secondly, facilitate schools to carry out the education of the sense of human rights among senior high school students, including developing the education on the common sense of human rights, popularizing life education, expanding the education on protecting human rights, carrying out respect education and intensifying responsibility education and so on.Thirdly, strive for the coordination of family and tamp the foundation for educating human rights among senior school students.
