Teachers'tacit educational ideas are in their mind and very personal.Teachers don't realize them.They are hard to express by words,and to share with others.But the tacit educational ideas are used in teachers'teaching behavior in the classroom.Teachers'teaching behavior is based on the tacit educational ideas.Some tacit educational ideas are good for the teaching behavior,but some are bad for.And,the existence of them result in the seperation of tacit educational ideas that express from the teaching behaviors.So we should show them.This paper apply the method of qualitative research.It focus on a Chinese teacher in a junior school,Y.The author tailed and examined her teaching in the classroom.Talk with her,and perspective her tacit educational ideas.Then the author analysed the factors that influenced her tacit educational ideas,and explored the way of showing them.According to the author's tailing and examination,Y's tacit educational ideas have substantial content.They are the ideas about curriculum,teaching,students,teachers and so on.Because Y lacks summary,introspection,cooperation with other teachers,and she ignores the theory of Chinese education,these tacit educational ideas aren't realised by Y.But they have deep brand on her teaching behavior in the classroom.The showing of the tacit educational ideas have very important significance to teachers themselves,the group of teachers,the school and the educational culture.So the paper explored the way of showing the tacit educational ideas,including enhancing introspection,narrative research,cooperation with other teachers and expressing by words.Because this paper apply the qualitative research ,and it is limited in a research objective,it's purpose isn't structureing a great theory.The author hope it can cause the readers'attention and thinking.And it can make her suggestion for practice.
