Teacher is the main subject of educational reform.The core of professional quality is teachers' personal educational beliefs which dominates the teacher's teaching behaviors.The key of the reform of curriculum and teaching is the optimization of teachers' personal educational beliefs which is the constructive instrument of the teacher professional development.There are three conformations of the educational ideas which contain academic conformation , system conformation and psychosocial conformation . Teachers' personal educational beliefs belong to the last one which form from individual education and teaching,and also directly reflect in teaching practices.Teachers' personal educational beliefs are the perceptual and primitive comprehension of questions in the teaching practices. Individual, subjectivity,hush,context and relative stabilization are the characteristic of the comprehension, which is"individual knowledge"and"apply theory"accompanied with individual value tropism.The paper combined with specific subject——Chinese,researched the teachers' personal educational beliefs by autobiography narrate.In other words, the paper researched my belief about the Chinese educational purpose and Chinese teacher'role.With the clue of my history lives,the main part of the paper looked back on the stories about my teaching experience firstly,Then,summarized the specific content of my personal educational ideas and analysed the value orientation of it.By looking back my professional learning experience and story of my education,paper narrated the whole process of the formation of my individual educational beliefs and analysed the way of constructing,explored the origin and influencing factors of my personal educational beliefs.From the story and analysis above,we know that the history of teacher's professional development is a process of individual educational beliefs development.teacher should to improve professional development by improving the individual educational ideas positively.This paper is review on my individual Chinese educational ideas .I expect that it is helped to make my tacit individual Chinese educational ideas become explicit,in order to improve my professional development.As well as,I expect that it can call much memory and thinking about"my experiences"and enrich educational culture.
