With the implement of the guidance of kindergartens education and the guidance for 3~6 years old children learning and development, and the deep understanding of the infant subject, educators more and more recognize the curriculums that child-centered focus on the children’s acknowledge, emotions, awareness and behavior have the value and practical significant. Along with the establishment of the new standard of national curriculum, emergent curriculum gradually developed and took the place of the curriculum that lay emphasis on scheduled and teachers standard.As the teachers are the emergent curriculum implementer, the key to realize its educational value decided by whether the executors can be flexible and able to adapt to the roles or not. "The wonderful realm of education-a heart non-trace" This paper under the qualitative research approach, by the method of case study. Through the investigation of actually role of teachers in kindergarten emergent curriculum to analyze the issues in this process and the causes of these problems. On this basis, advances effective strategies for the teachers to deal with their own roles in the emergent curriculum.This article is composed of four parts.Part1: introduction. Including the issues raised, definition, literature review and the meaning of the research and research design.Part2: The problems exist in the role of teachers in the kindergarten curriculum. According the process of the kindergarten curriculum to analyze these problems, including the links of designing, implementation and evaluation.Part3: The factors that influence on the role of teachers in the kindergarten curriculum. Through the kindergarten teachers themselves, kindergartens and parents to analysis of the problems in the education process.Part4: the research conclusions and the recommendations. On the basis of analysis the problems and the influence factors exist on the role of teachers in kindergarten curriculum accommodation, this study form the basic conclusions and related suggestions, formed this thesis’ s conclusions and relevant recommendations.
