With the new curriculum standard issued, the core problem is how to make the new curriculum standard turn into reality. Teachers are the real operators. The teachers are always in a head position during the whole course of the reform and implementation. Whether the new curriculum standard can be developed depends on the role adaptability of the teacher. And how to change the thoughts of teacher has also been an effect on the development of the new curriculum standard. My study has certain significance not only in the better implement of the new curriculum but in the change of the physical teachers in Thesecondary School in Mudanjiang as well. It also helps the development of physical educationalThe starting point of this paper is that what is the situation after the implement of the new curriculum standard and change the role of PE teacher in Mudanjiang area. And it will make a contribution to make the new curriculum standard be better put into effect in Heilongjiang province.This article investigated and analyzed the current situation of the role transition of gym teachers to find out their understanding of new curriculum criteria and their adaptive situation. Such as using status of health first, area target and execution status of curriculum, excitation of students'interests and hobbies, development of personality cultivation, philosophy education and curriculum resource, using status of gym teaching methods, evaluation of gem curriculum teaching etc. .For sustainable development of secondary education in Mudanjiang more completely coordinately and implementation of New curriculum criteria more drastically and completely In accordance with the change of nowday PE teacher's role has the advantage and insufficient, put forward that speed up the development of education reform; put the quality education into effect all-round; bring up the great attainment of teacher; improve the quality of PE education and teaching; enhance the training of the PE teacher who are on the job; accelerate the frequency of communication and cooperation between teachers; consummate the system of making use of personnel.
