High school students are in the late youth,and they are undergoing great changes both physiologically and psychologically,so personality characteristics of this period are unstable.Under the ambivalence of the coexistence of independence and dependence,the attachment object gradually tends to their companions.Meanwhile they can't get rid of the influence of attachment to their parents.In the face of great academic pressure,it is easy to cause negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,which affect their psychological harmony.Therefore it is of great significance to study the relationship between attachment and psychological harmony.In order to explore the relationship between attachment and psychological harmony,as well as the effect of attachment group counseling courses on improving psychological harmony of high school students,this study adopted the "parent companion attachment scale" and "national psychological harmony state questionnaire" to measure 750 high school students randomly,and used SPSS24.0 for data processing.On the basis of both the status and relationship measured,60 subjects selected were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.Eight times counseling courses were implemented in the intervention group for the experimental research,and the results are as follows:(1)High school students' status quo of attachment presents average level wholly,significant differences only existing in the variables of grade,family situation,and there are no significant differences in the variables of gender,family location,family monthly income,father's education level,mother's education level.(2)The overall psychological harmony level of high school students is significantly lower than that of the national norm,in which the self-status and interpersonal relationship are significantly lower than the national norm;the social attitude is significantly higher than the national norm;and there is no significantdifference between family atmosphere and the national norm.There are significant differences in the variables of grade,family monthly income and mother's education level,but no significant differences in the variables of gender,family location,family situation and father's education level.(3)Attachment factors and total scores of high school students were significantly positively correlated with each dimension and total score of psychological harmony.Regression analysis showed that attachment could explain 46% of the variance of psychological harmony,indicating that attachment could positively predict psychological harmony.(4)Group counseling courses designed with the orientation of enhancing attachment level can significantly improve the attachment level of high school students and effectively improve their psychological harmony.
