Teacher education, as the professional education for educated and training teachers, has its own prerequisite and initial function, that is, teacher training. What basic problem the contemporary teacher education faces is the problem of professionalization. The professionalization of teacher educated is the basic premise and foundation of teacher professionalization and teacher education professionalism. The professionalization of teacher educated concerns with how to educate high quality teachers and the realization of teacher professionalization in the process of initial teacher education. The main problem what this thesis deals with is how to realize the professionalization of initial teacher education.The professionalization of initial teacher education research has much theoretical meanings for enriching and improving teacher professional research, and also much practical significance for pushing forward the transition of our teacher education and raising the overall level of the teachers.Thesis mainly uses qualitative analysis methods, comparison methods, documentation methods. Guided by the logic of the study, we define the concept of relevant research, and then answer the four basic issues in the transition of our initial teacher education professionalization throughout the content of five parts.Firstly, through the analysis of our initial teacher education professionalization transition in the background and rationale, the question "why transition" is answered. The first part reviews the development process and analyzes the current status of our initial teacher education. Studies suggest that the current problems mainly focus on low level structure, educated modes needed alteration, the existing curriculums'unreasonable. Then we discuss its development. The second part, in a theoretical point, the reform was mainly due to the transition from career-oriented education to professional education, and the teacher professional education is available to determine the nature and characteristics. Teacher professional quality theory is its content basis; teacher professional development stage theory is its objectives basis.Secondly, though the analysis on the inevitable and feasible transition of our initial teacher educational professionalization, the question about "the feasibility of transition" is answered. Its inevitability displays in: teacher education reform and development is an inevitable trend; basic education curriculum reform is an inevitable requirement for the transition; the transition is a way to achieve teacher professionalization. Its feasibility displays in: economic development and social change promote the transition; macroeconomic policy measures create conditions for the transition; the open and integrated of teachers educated institutions provide with the premise might.
