The project of this subject is MySCSW,'Research of Family-rights-system of District's Children', the project is American Los Angeles County , is customized for County Social Workers based on web.With the fast development of software, unprecedented challenges : First, Management information system must be a complex system, what making the developed applications to be succeed. Second, software quality and software reusability, are encountered. The importance of architecture is more and more recognized, and the design of architecture at the beginning determines the life success of software. A good start is half of success. Last, with the constant development of network and communication, what making the developed applications to adapt better to multiple explorer, multiple platforms and especially the mobile clients, is our focus.The while development process of MySCSW system is introduced in this paper, instructing by the theory, method and steps of MIB development.Meanwhile, a perfect mainframe and a kind of practical component library system orienting product is implemented, having open, extensible and portable data access layer.First, the development, application, advantages and components of information system are introduced.Research is made as to the three aspects mentioned above, a suite of application-solving processes is proposed in this paper.1) The while development process of MySCSW system is introduced in this paper, instructing by the theory, method and steps of MIB development.2) Combining with the MySCSW system of the wholesale department of the United States, the design of system mainframe is discussed, and the common database access layer is developed,3) A scheme applied to multiple platforms using Web Service is implemented in this paper.The presentation of MySCSW system is previewed in the last part of this paper.
