The development of private foreign language school has great impact on the promotion of whole society's foreign language education level. However, most school are small in term of the size, so they are easy to be ignored and a few people study on them. With the enacting of"The Education Promotion Law"as well as its byelaw, it has been granted and protected by the law for the private schools to get reasonable reward for their investment. In this case, it is of practical value to study the operation of private school.In this thesis , we take the Best Wish Foreign Language School(below as BW) as our research object, first, based on its operation features, we classify the BW as a service company, then we use the marketing theories of service industry to analyze the operation of private foreign language schools. In the meantime we use the invest theories to study BW's risk of investment, investment return period and profit-earning ability. The main work in this thesis includes the following three parts: Based on basic marketing theories of service industry , we focus on the study of the realization of the customers'satisfaction ,the significance of maintaining sound relationship with customers. and we put forward the relative methods and strategy. We discuss how to mend the relationship with customers when some problems occur. Meanwhile, we study the Word-of Mouth Advertising and its application in the marketing of foreign language school.We analyze the macro-environment and micro-environment of foreign language schools as well as the students consuming behaviors. We put forth different expanding strategy for different schools. We study the price-making of different products of foreign language school , and we guide the BW to make and readjust the price by the aid of the actual demand curves.By making use of the financial theories and investment theories , we stress on the analysis of establishment of foreign language school as well as its profit and risk. And through mathematical calculation, we give the mathematic model for the merging ,house-renting and house purchasing . Then we use these models tocalculate the operational data of BW, and make suggestions for BW's improvement. In the end , we discuss the tactics for BW's future development and investment.
