| The teaching and research group is a grassroots organization for the study of subject teaching based on the teachers’ groups at all levels in China.It integrates teaching,scientific research and management.It is the most important organization for teachers’ group activities in schools.The grassroots units discussed are important carriers for promoting the professional development of teachers.In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the newly issued "General High School History Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" clearly stated that it is necessary to cultivate students’ core core literacy and improve students’ comprehensive quality as the overall goal of the curriculum,and cultivate students’ core literacy as a new round of courses.If the important concept of reform is to transform its needs into specific educational practices and promote the core accomplishment,it is necessary to explore a new teaching and research group development model.This study uses the theory of learning organization,based on the low economic development level of the less developed regions in the northwest,the information is relatively occluded and other basic conditions,select the Shaanxi Province Q Middle School as the research object,through the personnel composition of the Q Middle School History Teaching and Research Group,the teaching and research group management,teaching and research group Questionnaires,interviews and surveys were carried out on the activities and cooperation atmosphere of the teaching and research group.The actual situation in the construction of the teaching and research group of the school was found.According to the practical problems in the construction of the teaching and research team,the improved organizational strategy was combined with the learning organization theory.First,system construction.Adjustthe organizational structure,promote the democratic management of the teaching and research group;clarify the responsibilities and functions of the teaching and research group and the preparation group,and coordinate the two groups.Second,sound evaluation incentive mechanism.Establish and improve the individual evaluation and incentive mechanism for teachers,and stimulate the individual development enthusiasm of the teachers;improve the collective evaluation and incentive mechanism of the teaching and research group,promote cooperation within the group,and cooperate outside the group.Third,teacher learning and professional development: build mutual learning and communication platforms,carry out rich and colorful teaching and research activities;promote research and promote teachers’ deep development.Fourth,cultural construction:establish a common vision centered on the needs of teachers;strengthen the guidance of discipline teaching and research culture,and create a good teaching and research atmosphere.Fifth,develop theme activities with unique historical characteristics and focus on school-based curriculum development.Through these strategies,I hope to provide some advice for the construction of the school’s teaching and research group,and also provide a little construction idea for the development of the school teaching and research group in the underdeveloped areas,and hope to pass the learning-based theory.The research on the construction of the Q middle school history teaching and research group can provide a reference case for the later researchers,enrich the theory of the construction of the teaching and research group,provide a small force for the construction and development of the learning-oriented teaching and research group,and also be a new course.The implementation of the teacher,the professional growth of the teacher,etc.provide some ideas. |
