As the important location of education activity, classroom is been taken into account. In the background of curriculum innovation, classroom is the evident sign on measurement of curriculum innovation success or fail, so the teacher is very important .We can say the classroom change is decided by the support of teachers' attitude, action and so on. So the study of teacher participation in classroom change is very meaningful. The paper is composed of three parts:The first part introduce the reason of choosing this subject, the current condition of study in and out of the country, the aim and the method and the meaning of study, the definition of relevant terminology.The second part is the centre of this paper. It is composed of three chapters. The contents are current condition of teacher participation in classroom change: resist change, passive change, act out change ,change on their own. Based on it, the author assays the factors of affecting participation in classroom change. Inner factors include teachers' understanding the change, the evaluation of participation in classroom change, the feature of school age and function, teachers' conception, knowledge, skill on the participation in classroom change. The outer factors include the school leaders, workmates, students and the parents of students, hardware, time, evaluation system and surroundings' support, culture environment, the matter of the classroom change theory and the incertitude of classroom change practice. Then the author recounts the result of teacher participation in classroom change. The cases in this part are all observed by myself in the classroom: the transition of education concept, for the all development of all the students, learning settings' creation, more teaching content, teaching means to multimedia, the relation between the teacher and the students to democracy and equality, learning to the explore, evaluation is for the development of students. At last, the author expound the strategies accelerating participation in classroom change: arouse the awareness, motivate the driving force, make the culture environment of helping each other and teamwork, cultivate "study-practise-reflect-rebuild" good habit; ameliorate the project on classroom change; provide all kinds of resource as guarantee.The end emphasizes what is the real classroom change and its long term and complication.
