With the development and application of information technology in educational field, information literacy, which will fulfill the needs of education reform and further specialization of teaching, has become a basic and also essential capability of teachers in the society of information. Therefore, as for every teacher, promoting self-information literacy is an important task of remodeling the teacher's role and the only way to keep pace with the time and new trend of education.As infant education is an initial stage of the basic education, infant teachers are faced with the requirements of promoting self-information literacy. Therefore, analyzing the connotation of information literacy and current situation of training, constructing the training practice, which fits for the characteristic of infant education, it has important theoretical and realistic significance and the research purpose of this paper.This paper consists five chapters:It elaborates the origin of the problem and the current research and to put forward the goal and methods of the topic for study in Chapter 1.In Chapter 2 it defines the connotation of information literacy linking with the characteristic of infant education on the basis of analyzing the concept of information literacy and relative standard.In Chapter 3 it designs the research questionnaire, makes further analysis and later reaches the current situation of information literacy of infant teachers.Chapter 4, it also puts forward the training molds with the unity of School-based In-service Education and advanced studies of individuals to increase information literacy of infant teachers, and expands the practice of School-based In-service Education in kindergarten based on the research and investigation.In Chapter 5 this paper summarizes the research work, generalizes the research findings and innovations and points out the weak point and the direction for further research.
