In recent two years, study has focused on how to find the causes of students' reluctance mood and solutions to the problem, however, more and more vocational students are reluctant to study and teachers still have no way to deal with it. As a vocational school teacher in a vocational school in shanghai, who is now experiencing the situation, the author is trying to walk into students' life, feel their realistic needs, and plan and put the actions of improving the vocational students' reluctance towards study into practice. Try to research into the possibility of improving the vocational students' reluctance in teaching activities.On the base of analyzing relating documents and the situation and causes of students' reluctance , the paper addresses the management of classes of vocational students, the way of teaching and specific tutorship in three chapters. The author addresses her body from three aspects , which includes the theories of actions , the strategies and effect and inspiration in each chapter. The general conclusion of this paper is following:A: The main sources of vocational student's reluctance.1. Lack of ideals and aims, wasting time at school.2. Bad habits lead them to unusually study.3. Lack of positive self-awareness.4. Bad surroundings and frail abilities of solving problems influence each other.5. Part of the short-term educational improvements didn't have good effect.B: The main strategies taken in the class management.The teacher mainly take action to lead the students by making specific targets according to student's situations.To elaborate the key effect of the class teacher.To teach students how to lead the class. And improve student's study and self managing by activities.To encourage students and so on.C: Main actions taken in the teaching managements.Aimed at the student's characteristics to mainly adopt a target management in the teaching-aim at true state of matter, start from the low point of departure, enter a ground of exaltation request gradually;Motive management-guide a student to transter toward the internal motive from the exterior motive;Normal regulations management-build up and maintain a good classroom behavior habit; Communicate a management-extend the class room teaching to the study guidance.D: Revelation got in class managements and teaching management. The writer feels and wants to carry out the change toward the student in the actual work,the teacher has to attain the following points:Let the students feel the teacher has no private care,love and concern;Let the own labor creative;Fully understand students and build up equal, respective and harmonious relation between teachers and students.Build up good study atmosphere.Guide the student to establish a target in the future. Carry on the education of behaving oneself.Insist long-last , patient principle and never give up.The teacher still needs to vary his own role continuously according to students' needs of the new period.
