New Teachers of vocational school is an important subject which assumes the responsibility of vocational education. New teachers as a regenerate force, which is full of passionate vitality, innovation and independent group, their health development has a significant smooth effect on the vocational education. Occupational adaptation is an essential component of personal socialization, adapting to the education career swiftly and excellently is a realistic question that not new teachers need to ponder on, but also places rigorously in front of schools, government and the community to explore.The adaptation problem of vocational education new teachers involve in an extremely broad subject and content. The new individual teachers, schools, government and society environment as the principal elements, can affect new teachers occupational adaption deeply, but actually the critical element lie in the teachers themselves. Based on the subjective perspective of teachers, this article entry from their vocational adaption problem, research and analyze the real question in the adjustment process, so as to make recommendations to improve their adaptability.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first is the introduction, as the beginning of the article, introduce the research origin, significance, status and design briefly, and define key words which is "secondary vocational education of new teachers", "adaptation " and "entry period ". The second chapter is the theoretical basis which consists of three parts including the concept of vocational adaption, theory of professional development for teachers and the research of vocational new teachers, sorting out those three parts as a basis for follow-up investigation. The third part is the design and implementation of the questionnaire, mainly to explain the preparation of the study questionnaire, the research process, findings and analysis, finally concluded the problems of the role of vocational teachers in the new adaptation, class work, education and professional development of teaching adaptation. Chapter IV lays stress on the analysis of adaption problems, based on questionnaire research in the third chapter, combined with job interviews with new teachers, analyzing the specific reasons of the three problems which is the role adaption for teachers, teaching and professional development, we found the adaption problem relate to not only the teachers own character, ability, concepts, but also the characteristics of vocational students, school system management, government emphasis. Chapter V aimed to making recommendations for the adaptability promotion of the new professional teacher from the three main characters respectively which is the teachers themselves, schools and government.Healthy development of New teachers in vocational education lay direct impact on the quality of education, this research is based on the adaptability of teachers, its intention is to promote the career of teachers, summarized the problem really close to the actual situation, caused the same emotion of the most new teachers in vocational education. Concerning the problem solution, combined with the theory, foreign experience and the personal experience of teachers, this article aim at making the measures more operationally.
