The conflict between teachers and students, as an inevitable teaching phenomenon during the education process, has increasingly received the attention of the educational circles.The correct treatment for it directly affects emotions between teachers and students as well as the physical and mental health,thus affects the schools' development.The conflict between vocational middle school teachers and students in ethnic minority areas causes special region and school nature,it has distinctive national and vocational middle school characters.According to the survey of the present conditions for the conflict between vocational middle school teachers and students in ethnic minority areas,based on a large number of literature research and scientific survey,combining interviews and their own teaching experience this article studies the performance and influence of the conflict.From teachers?students?schools and ethnic factors it analyses the causes of this conflict,combining with different reasons,sums up the scientific prevention and solutions.It makes different people correctly understand the conflict between teachers and students,makes teachers pay attention to the ways to solve the conflict,maximizes the positive function of this conflict and establish a harmonious campus.
