Curriculum reform program in 2005 are clear, the knowledge of the physical education professionals tend to the needs of the same. However, it lack of Education Curriculum with physical education in primary and secondary schools.(3)At present, PE teachers in middle school are better in special training ability, special technology and magistrate level, what they need to improve is the special theory. The curriculum reform in 2005 still exist "emphasis on technical skills and theoretical" phenomenon.(4)PE teachers low in the community guiding ability now.
