To cultivate the individuality and respect the individuality has become the vital important problem in the whole society. Cultivating the individuality initiate a kind of learner-centered teaching pattern. Such a pattern require that teachers should carry out their teaching according to the features and the objectives law of the development of student's individuality and they should create more favorable circumstances to offer the students more choices. Development of the individuality is so important in the whole educational value system that it can change the loss of the value of the individuality. There are many essays on individuality in the western society also in China. Because it respects the law of human's development, it benefits for person's development and conforms to the requirement of the society's progress. As a way to develop person's value, cultivating the individuality aims to find out person's and develop person's individuality.But in our reality, We can not recognize correctly the importance of the individuality value.
