This paper is the final conclusion of the research on "Construction of School Pattern in Integrating and Optimizing Education". In January, 2003, on behalf of Guangdong Panyu Middle School I declared this research task to the Guangzhou Municipal Government. Through practice and exploration in these years, our school excels in integrating and optimizing educational pattern, schooling concept, management, moral and psychological education, cultural activities, curriculum design, teaching patterns, as well as the scientific research in education. As the results of these practice and research, they are represented as below: 1) constructing the basic pattern in integrating and optimizing education; 2) promoting the development of students by the concept of "You can, I can"; 3) constructing the democratic and innovative management which guarantees the smooth going of the school reform; 4) building the moral education system with a core of "self-education, self- management and self-adjustment" and an aim to cultivate good moral character and form health personality, which emphasizes on life, society and individual; 5) making full use of the educational functions of various curriculums to promote students' full and healthy development; 6) constructing scientific, modern and multi-form curriculum framework pattern; 7) constructing teaching pattern featuring in multi-form study and individual development; 8) constructing effective school management pattern.
