| The Infant Normal College is the main way for the society of training preschool teachers, undergraduates’ inner identity of being preschool teachers related to the stability and development of preschool teachers. In this paper, The study object is the student of Baoding Infant Normal College. This research aims at exploring the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity at Baoding Infant Normal College. It should be pay more attention that professional identity is a process of dynamic developmenting before the reaserch. Individual professional identity would change with time and personal experiences, but a stable inner identity is the driving force of one’s career development. Especially in the period before getting ready to work.It helps establishing higher professional identity for the preschool teachers by deeply understanding and grasping the preschool teacher’s mental psychological when aiming at the "prospective preschool teachers" training period. We should considered comprehensively about a student’s professional identity from three aspects: the autonomy degree of choosing college majors, professional selection for specialty degree of identity and a passion for the profession. This study of infant normal students professional identity status quo are described, at the same time as the main line to the above three aspects to explore the related factors affecting the development of professional identity formation. Main use of research methods as literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method. On the basis of the research hypothesis, will examine the problem of the influence factors of career identity establishment in the questionnaire.
