It is an important question that infant normal students went short of learning motivation in today's infant normal school. Professional education is attached importance and kept developing in the society, this situation become more serious, this result will influence the quality of early education. With senior middle school continuing to large student source, infant normal students in both quality and quantity cut down continuously. The phenomenon that students are lack of learning motivation is increasing.Show in the concrete: the students have no plan to study, and is lack of enterprise, and don't pay attention to study method. As a result, they have no successful feeling, pressing feeling, ideal and pressure, study is only order to accomplish task. All kinds of violating rules and regulations often appear. On the other hand, these students'employment prospect is anxious, all of these make the situation of the students in the school become worse and worse. But following new change, education theory, teaching idea and teaching model didn't get ready and innovation, some questions can't be settled very well. Elements from social environment and family education is hard to change, but perfection of the course reform and encourage system, improvement of the employment rate, that can be controlled. In order to turn round this harmful situation, infant normal school education must early make sure the location in the whole national education system, through this way, adjust education idea and teaching model, build a group of teachers, improve infant normal students'quality.Survey research BaiCheng normal college branch, SongYuan professional technical college, JiLin normal university branch, JiLin HuaCheng secondary professional technical school, we find out: Infant normal students are lack of learning motivation, but the degree is different. Our search seek the reason from student, school and teacher: The students'study aim is not definite; badly impact of the no intellect factor; subject emotion is bad; students'study psychology quality is worse; influence study interest etc. The school causes this kind of phenomenon, primarily five aspect: First, course object is not specific, course creation is not enough flexible; The second, special major is not strongly built; The third, evaluation system contain definite localization. Talk from the teacher, teacher's study activity is not enough, study intensively atmosphere is not dense, teaching idea obsolescence and teaching method single, these factors straightly affect students'learning.Aim at the above key sticking point, this investigation suggest some consider: At first, school should attach importance to stimulate students'study motivation. Again, change the main factors that result in study motivation lack, include course system, teaching contents, major building, credits system, elasticity educational system, teaching method, employed atmosphere, psychology health, school culture etc; Finally, about coaching students to improve study motivation, the teachers are critical role, they can make above various operations carried practical.
