No. 14 Middle School of Huangshi occupies the city and countryside intersection. The student structure is very complex. Simultaneously, the class management has many problems which cause many students emotion flaw.According to analysis of the issues, the thesis finds that the emotion management is the method solving the questions which is existing in the class management .In this foundation, the author propose the specific measures of emotion management.Firstly, the head teachers must renew their ideas, and respect, love, encourage, and understand the students. The head teacher should also create a good class mental environment for the student; let them have the positive emotion experience. Next, the headmaster should save the emotion as the method of class appraise. Again, the head teacher should study the knowledge of psychology and pedagogy; carry on a mental health education to the student. Finally, he headteacher should establish the management way of class - family integration.This article consists of four parts:The first part: The introduction, mainly discuss the reasons of this topic. On one hand, it is based on realities of No. 14 Middle School; on the other hand it is based on the class emotion management value.The second part: the main issues of the management of class which point out five key problems and the influence to the students.The third part: the reason analysis of the issues which explain the five reasons existing in the class management.The fourth part: This thesis presents specific measures to manage emotion, as well as the head teacher should pay attention to the problems of emotion management.
