Emotional management research was initially used to study some problems in the field of psychology as well as the working emotions of management and employees in enterprises.Later,it slowly moved to the educational circles.Today,the research on emotional management in the educational circles is quite rich.Faced with the concept spread by the psychological circles and even prevailing,Chinese scholars have carried out a series of research on emotional management of primary and secondary school teachers in China,such as the investigation and research of the current situation,basic theoretical research and practical strategy research.We have achieved fruitful results.Throughout the existing research,scholars mainly focus on preschool teachers,primary and secondary school teachers,vocational secondary school teachers,university teachers and students.However,there are few studies on the specific division of labor at these levels,especially on the emotional management of senior high school head teachers.On the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper takes 163 head teachers of middle and high schools in H Middle School of Huaiji County as the research object,compiles the Questionnaire on the Emotional Management Level of Headteachers in H Middle School of Huaiji County on the basis of existing research and interviews,and distributes 163 questionnaires,13 invalid questionnaires and 150 valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 92%.After sorting out and analyzing the survey data,the reliability and validity of the final results are in line with the requirements of psychometrics.According to the survey,it is found that:(1)the level of emotional management of female head teachers is higher than that of male;(2)the older the teaching age,the lower the level of emotional management of head teachers;(3)academic background has little effect on the level of emotional management of head teachers;but the score of undergraduate degree is higher than that of postgraduate degree;(4)the level of emotional management of head teachers who have been in charge of classes for less than three years is the highest;(5)the level of emotional management of head teachers in different grades.The abilities of "emotional awareness","emotional expression","emotional adjustment","emotional use","emotional control" and "emotional evaluation" are also different,but the overall level is relatively high,but the second grade is relatively low.In addition,after the questionnaire,this paper also selected two school management leaders and three head teachers for interviews,and analyzed the factors affecting the head teachers' emotional management level from the side and front.Through investigation and research,it is found that the head teachers in huaiji H middle school have a low level of emotional management,especially the head teachers with different gender,professional title and number of years are the most unsatisfactory in emotional adjustment and application.Through targeted character interviews,it is concluded that the influencing factors include the school,themselves and students.Based on the analysis of the survey and interview results,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from three levels: school,head teacher and students.
