The new Chinese education reform focuses on the theme about teachers and teachers development. The features of professional development and stage get us to pay much attention to the subject specialty and age differences. The papers will make an analysis of Chinese beginning teachers' teaching career and study situation in the curriculum reform , aiming at adapting themselves to the career and continuing their sustainable development, which, of course, will cultivate Chinese teachers group and make Chinese education reform go thoroughly.The papers, based on the point of immature feeling system , adaptable value of immature cognitive sphere development, in the way of questionnaire, interview method and documentary study, mainly study their personal concern ,inner specialty structure and external circumstances in the development of Chinese beginning teachers specialty.To improve the Chinese beginning teachers professional development, concerning the rising problems, the papers, put forward some suggestions and trends on Chinese teaching idea, Chinese class teaching practice , personal Chinese knowledge and thinking strategy. Also, the papers discusses the problem how Chinese beginning teachers achieve professional development, and gives some useful and practical advice on their inservice training and on how to carry on self-improvement, which will lead Chinese beginning teachers to realize and concern their own professional development.In the current curriculum, the idea of Chinese beginning teachers' development, the attention to the form of their professional development skill ability and the achievement of their personal professional development in Chinese teaching practice are our long-term requirement and pursuit.
