The purpose of this paper is to research on colleges and universities beginning teachers' professional development under the background of education and information fusion and higher education paying more attention to education quality and teachers' professional development.The beginning teachers support the normal operation of the school and promote the development of higher education of institutions.Beginning teachers' professional training and the adaptability in colleges and universities are directly related to their careers and the future of their own professional development.Unlike other professional and technical work,they tend to be lack of scientific research ability,team cooperation,and practical experience.In majority of colleges and universities,beginning teachers and professors accept the same evaluation standards at the same courses.The change of their teaching is not only the distance between the desk and the platform,but also the need of posting a qualitative leap.In the faculty,a large part of them are painful because of the confusion from the growth environment and the role transformation.The beginning teachers are an important part of colleges and universities faculty whose degree of professional development decides teaching,scientific research,social service and the quality of cultural heritage.Therefore,promoting the beginning teachers' professional development is needed urgently under current situation.The first part of this paper introduces the raised questions,research purpose and significance,literature review,the research situation from home and abroad research situation and existing shortcomings.The methods of this paper are mainly literature study method and interview method.The interview method is the main one,which can dig out deeper problems and reasons for further research and analysis.From the point of beginning teachers' professional development,in combination with Yunnan Normal University of university spirit and campus culture,to analyze the influence of the cultural environment to beginning teachers' professional development and the degree of this influence.Excellent beginning teachers' professional development is needed throughout the teaching career.If paying less attention to their development,their professional abilities will not be developed and reduce their self-efficacy,which will even make them feel incompetent and cause worse effects of the resignation.In the second part of this paper,the core concept is defined.both at home and abroad the beginning teachers' teaching experience is usually ranging from 1 to 5years This paper studies the definition of new teachers' experience from 1 to 3 years.To promote beginning teachers' professional development is a comprehensive problem.From the perspectives of pedagogy,management,sociology and other subjects to do this research provides a more diverse theoretical support with adhering to the scientific concept of development and the principles of dialectics,and insisting on case-by-case basis.The third part of this paper,through the way of interview,deeply understands the beginning teachers' professional development at present situation,analyzes the real demand in the professional development and finds the restrictive factors influencing the beginning teachers' professional development.Emotional aspects include interpersonal relationships,emotional problems and other issues.Their teaching and scientific research abilities need to be improved.To avoid the phenomenon of vacant and confusion in scientific researches,some measures can be selected in the process of beginning teachers professional development,like university case study and the change of faculty orientation schedule from a month to a year.At the same time,the content and form are improved.But there are inefficient and formalized problems,such as internal management security administration.Most teachers believe that colleges and universities are appointed with to much government civil color.The administrative procedure is too tedious.Security administration program takes too much time and effort.Lack of the leading from experienced mentors,they often don't know how to lay their hands on in teaching and scientific researches.In a long-term view,beginning teachers' tutor system has a long-term sustained effect on beginning teachers' professional development.The fourth part of this paper introduces the factors affecting the development of Yunnan Normal university beginning teachers' professional development.Through the PESTLE model,do the deconstruction.PESTLE model analyzes the factors affecting beginning teachers' professional development from the outside world and the dimension of education.To achieve all-round analysis,it also analyzes teachers' own factors.The fifth part of this paper shows the case study on university faculty development solutions and countermeasures.On the basis of the above chapters,try to put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems of beginning teachers' professional development and improve the faculty orientation.Optimize the tutorial system,build a diversified evaluation system,construct platform for professionaldevelopment,put forward to the principles of solving the problems and use the principles of the management level are introduced.
