The deepening development of educational information,and vigorously promote the rapid integration of information technology and education and teaching,teachers' information technology application ability is becoming the necessary professional ability of teachers in information age.In order to promote the development of teachers' information technology application ability,the state has introduced a series of policies and documents,and actively launched a series of targeted training.With the comprehensive and effective implementation of the training,teachers' application of information technology to a certain extent has been greatly improved.But how to effectively evaluate the application of information technology to teachers to optimize classroom teaching,change the way students learn and promote their own professional development has become difficult.Based on the analysis of "Standardization of Information Technology Application Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers",this study tries to introduce the relevant theories of development evaluation into the evaluation of teachers' information technology application ability,combined with the status of information technology environment of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province And the application status of teachers' information technology application ability,constructs the development evaluation indicator system suitable for the application ability of information technology of primary and middle school teachers in Jiangxi Province,and designs the implementation plan of multiple evaluation subject,evaluation method and evaluation tool for the application of indicator content,The application of evaluation system.First of all,this article through the literature review detailed analysis of the domestic and international information technology on the application of information technology standards,and the current domestic research status of the literature review.On this basis,the purpose,significance,content and method of this research are clarified,and the theory of developmental evaluation,Kochi evaluation model theory,360 degree performance appraisal theory,training migration theory and McGregor XY theory are studied.Theoretical basis,put forward the primary and secondary school teachers information technology application ability development evaluation connotation and its principle.Then,the author analyzes the current situation of information technology environment and the application ability of teachers 'information technology in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province.According to the content of the evaluation indicator system,the author puts forward the authoritative ability of teachers' information application ability in Jiangxi Province by Delphi method Experts' two rounds of consultation,and finally established the five primary indicators and thirty-one two indicators constitute the indicator system,and through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the corresponding weight of the indicators.Finally,in view of the construction of the evaluation indicator system,combined with the development of the relevant theory of evaluation,this paper further designed in Jiangxi Province primary and secondary school teachers in the application of information technology capacity evaluation program,put forward the comprehensive evaluation of different content,different evaluation methods,different evaluation methods and different Evaluation of the development of the evaluation of the specific implementation of the program.
