A Research On The Amalgamation And Connection Of High Professional School Culture And Enterprise Culture

The higher vocational school originated from 1980 appeared firstly in the form of the vocational college. Its major characteristic showed the basic request of the modern education: firstly, it stresses the knowledge instruction, secondly it stresses the skill training. To the nowadays of the 21st century, the workers' professional skill has directly effected the labor productivity. The workers' qualities also affects the comprehensive national power. The demand of more highly-qualified workers has stimulated the development of the higher vocational-technical education . Some secondary schools, vocational schools have also been upgraded to colleges and universities.At the same time of raising school levels, the school hardware facilities have been simultaneously upgraded, but their inner power—school culture comparatively lagged behind. High professional school's cultural construction has the trend of academicism: they refer to comprehensive universities in their purposes enactment, majors setting, and curriculums arrangement. Or many schools still remain their original tradition of technical secondary schools. These errors will hinder the development of higher vocational education.On the contrary, many theories on enterprise culture have gradually matured and been acknowledged. Therefore, cutting in from the school culture, with reference to related theories on enterprise culture, based on my own practical experiences and knowledge background, this paper try to analyse high professional school culture construction from the school culture constructional point of view, study how higher vocation education meet the need of markets and enterprises.
