UNESCO points out that good teachers are the basis of high quality education. Educators all agree that exlellent teachers are the key to ensure high quality education. So how to train teachers in reasonable and sciencific ways has become a world wide topic. With the deepening of China's education reform,especially the all-round reform of subjects, teacher training process is getting more and more important. This article chooses City C as an example. The author has done a lot of reseaches in the field of teacher training.The legal systems,pre-position and in-position training process to the teacher training in western developed countries gives us a lot of help. In the past 50 years China's teacher training has also got its own character. In Chapter 2, the auther gives a brief description of Chinese character of teacher training.Chapter 3 analyses the results of the teacher training through document research , site-view, interview and answer-sheets. It analyses the progress and finds out the problems for administrative education department, teacher training organizations, trainers, train classes and trainees.Chapter 4 gives some advice to the six important systems of teacher training on how to make the training more effective.
