"National Training Plan" is the abbreviation of the national training plan for primary and secondary school teachers.Its purpose is to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers,especially rural teachers.Network research is one of the important forms of "National Training Plan".With the help of network platform,it is not restricted by time,space and personnel,and provides rich research resources,novel teaching concepts and times for the majority of front-line teachers.Advanced technical support and practical and convenient excellent curriculum cases.With the change of new technology and the deepening of training concept,the connotation of network research is gradually enriched,from the initial pure online learning to online learning and offline blended,but there are still some problems in practice:first,it is not clear what teachers' blended learning is;second,the organizers of research activities are not professional about how to blended,too much emphasis on online learning.Third,the design of research mode does not highlight the characteristics of teachers' learning,especially the lack of concern for problem solving and practice orientation.Problem-solving is an important feature of teacher learning.Problem-oriented is an important way to improve the effect of teacher's research.Therefore,this study combines problem solving with teacher's blended research,and explores the model of teacher's blended research based on problem solving.It has theoretical and practical significance for the effective implementation of teacher's network research and teacher's professional development of the National Training Program.Firstly,through literature review,the research status of teacher network training and blended learning is summarized,and the feasibility of this research is determined.Secondly,it analyses the realistic basis of the construction of the model,that is,to investigate the current situation and demand analysis of teachers' research in Ningxia.Through the investigation,we find that there are some problems to be improved:firstly,teachers' learning gains are not high,and there is a gap between activity design and teachers' needs;secondly,the importance of school-based research in blended research is not enough;thirdly,adult learners' learning characteristics motivated by problem solving are not paid enough attention;Fourthly,the design of the existing hybrid research mode is not perfect enough to solve the problems of teachers.Thirdly,it clarifies the theoretical basis of the model construction,clarifies the connotation and Enlightenment of blended learning,teachers' blended learning,problem solving,adult learning theory and practice community,and defines the connotation of teacher's blended learning based on problem solving.Then,after defining the realistic basis and theoretical basis,we should construct a blended research model for teachers based on problem solving.First,we should define its connotation and characteristics from the theoretical level.Second,we should analyze a large number of research models for teachers,draw lessons from them and determine the elements of this model.Third,we should construct the operation process of the blended research model for teachers based on problem solving.Fourthly,the content of the model is explained in detail.Finally,the kindergarten teachers who participated in the "ingxia Demonstration Park Project" in S District of Ningxia and the elementary school mathematics teachers and junior middle school physics teachers who participated in the "non-nurturing workshop project" were taken as the research objects.The blended training model of teachers based on problem solving was applied to their research activities.The results show that:1.Participate in research with problems.Practice is effective,teachers' teaching level has been improved.2.Blended research activities promote the development of school-based research.3.A large number of available local learning resources have been generated,teaching and research resources are more targeted.
