Research On Managements And Social Service System Of Physical Education Facility In University

There're plenty of Physical Education (P.E.) resources in universities in China, especially the one on university's P.E. facility. These P.E. facilities can take over more than P.E. education and physical training of students in universities. For the supplement to physical training place of citizen, universities were permited and encouraged to open superfluous P.E. facilities by the department of education. Therefore, it became a problem to be faced with and settled quickly for universities, that we should construct and complete on social service system and managements of P.E. facility in universities.Based on the research on the present condition of service system of P.E. facility in universities, the study raised some existed problems and analysed on superiorities, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from service system of P.E. facility in University in China by SWOT. Then, by the aim and sphere of it, we generalize the chief elements of service system of P.E. facility in University, which is the main body of service, the frame of customers, P.E. facility, policy and rule, passage of funds, the procession of P.E. education, Service and manegment and so on. We construct the social service system of P.E. facilities in universities. And finally, the study raised the frame and some new methods of social-engaged managements on P.E. facility in universities, combined with the social service experience of P.E. facility in Hefei University of Technology.
