College students is not only the subject of the future of China's population,is the era of knowledge economy,innovation driven main inevitable stage of economic development,they are leading the innovation of our country,economic transformation and upgrading and make China become the main force of innovative economy and hope.All the time,employment is the people's livelihood,entrepreneurship is power the source of College Students' employment problem is a major social concern.In recent years,the difficult employment of college students has become a social problem,the school also attaches great importance to employment guidance services,have established the employment service system,but how to improve the employment service system,improve the quality of employment services,promote employment promotion of private universities.As an important member of China's higher education,China's higher education from "elite education" to "mass education" has made outstanding contributions.At the same time,with the Continue to create a continuous expansion of the public colleges and private colleges,the labor market supply greatly too,so college graduates especially difficult problem of employment of graduates of private universities has become a social problem recognized.The research of this thesis is based on a large number of domestic and foreign related theories about the construction of university employment system on collecting and collating,combined with our country about serving college students' employment policy,employment service situation specific analysis of a private university which,in order to study the content and construction of the college employment service system as the core.The research and analysis,summarized and concluded.The success of Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and economics as anexample,through questionnaire survey and interviews,access to effective information,status quo of the construction of the employment service system of college,analyze the existing problems and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.In order to make it more fully and perfect,is studied in this paper the United States,Germany and some good experiences abroad,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions is more advanced and feasible.
