The Study On Decision Support System Of University Social Service Evaluation

Social service function is one of the important functions of the university. The university social service has become an important driving force for social and economic development. Scientific and rational evaluation of university social service is beneficial to guide the university to optimize the allocation of resources, to regulate the content and manner of social service, and to play the role of social service function better. Therefore, how to evaluate the university social service effectively, and to establish a reasonable, effective evaluation decision support system, are practical significance.Choosing evaluation indicators and evaluation methods for university social service is the basis of the paper. After evaluating the system comprehensively and studying the theory of the decision support system deeply, I summary the method for the University social service evaluation, and do some research on selection of evaluation indicators and evaluation methods in this dissertation.In the process of selecting the evaluation indicator, I analyze the principles and procedures for selecting the indicator. As per the recursive hierarchy, I establish a clear, intelligible, wider covering and structured indicator system of university social service evaluation, choosing expert advisory services, facilities services and social services as the firs-level indicators. Because the evaluation indicator includes both quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, I choose the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine indicators’ weight, and do comprehensive evaluation of the college social services capacity with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the appropriate evaluation model, I establish the system model and database model of decision support system for the university social evaluation, and finish the system design and initial implementation.
