With the arising of internet and the rapid development of modern information technology, the IT wave for education has swept over the globe and posed a serious challenge against the traditional education. Every country sets it as a direction for the development of future education to push on IT-based education. China also takes strong measures to fasten the development of IT-based education, but because of the limitations of economy, ideas and talents, the development of IT-based education in this country isn't in balance. Firstly by investigating the current situation of IT-based Chinese education in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City, this thesis is on the influences of IT-based education on the contents, ways, patterns and ideas of Chinese teaching and learning, and also the changes of the teachers' working and thinking ways. It gives some useful data and advice to fasten the schools' Chinese informationization and promote the modernization of ways and ideas in Chinese education.The result of the survey shows that some achievements for education informationization have obtained in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City. But there still exist some problems. That is, first, valuing hardware and despising software in the IT construction, and low utilization for the equipments because practical results are not emphasized. Second, due to the shortage of training, Chinese teachers are poor in information accomplishment. Third, the contents of courses, teaching ways and ideas are old, and most schools do not generally integrate information technology with Chinese subjects and generally lack the innovative informationized teaching theory and practice. In order to solve the problems, the author thinks the followings should be done: First, collecting money from every channels to strengthen the basic building of informationization; Second, strengthening the teacher's training, improving the Chinese teacher's abilities and changing their teaching ideas; Third, promoting the integration of information technology with the Chinese language courses to achieve the IT-based Chinese education.
