Along with our country education reform, the integration of informationtechnology and curriculum has become important contents of the new curriculumreform. Training Teachers’ integration ability and improving the efficiency ofclass’room teaching has become the focus of reform. Teachers training, especiallyschool-based training is the most effective way to improve the teachers’ ability tointegrate.Based on the Wuxi J primary school teachers as the research object, reviewsthe theoretical knowledge of school-based training related to improve teachers’ability of integration, data analysis on Teachers’ integration concept, situation,find the existing differences and problems, puts forward the design ofschool-based training,advice, and make the training content and speciifcoperation method.The first part is introduction, mainly discusses the background, objectives,contents and significance of the study and research of the method.The second part is review and analysis of literature, discusses the integrationof information technology with curriculum and school-based training twoconcepts, as well as the TCT standard and the present training situation, at thesame time on existing research and analysis are listed.The third part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of this paper, from twoaspects of integration of information technology and curriculum and school-basedtraining contcnt, describes the basic theory.The fourth part mainly on the questionnaire survey to teachers, teachers’teaching requirements, in-depth interviews were conducted through thequestionnaire results, puts forward the design idea about teachers, andschool-based training advice.The fitfh part mainly discusses the design based on integration ofschool-based training content. School-based training design into several modules,project the module specific goals, contents,and operation methods.Finally, summarizes the research of this paper. On the basis of a summary onthe research results and innovation points, puts forward the shortcomings.
