With the development of new course reformation, grammar school teacher faces new challenge and chance. Because of the development of IT(information technology), grammar school teachers begin self-regulated learning by using network resource to bring endless vitality for the improvement of teaching level. This article is based on questionnaire survey of some grammar school teachers in NanChang, analyzes the current situation of using network resource to make self-regulated learning for grammar school teachers. Under the direction of education for all-around development thought and modern learning theory, the article discourses the important function of network resource for developing teaching and research; exposits the related theories and important function in self-regulated learning; explores the countermeasure of activating self-regulated learning motivation for grammar school teachers in network environment, and points out the teachers' participation consciousness of self-regulated learning should be strengthened; sets up and completes teaching resource pool, the design of network course should have the function of activating learning motivation, the practical universality and adaptability should be noticed during offering network course in order to activate the teachers' interest for self-regulated learning , content their request for teaching and research, and cultivate new-type teachers with innovation ability , good makings and inter-disciplinary talent.
