The serious problem of imbalanced economic structure, economic transformation and upgrading faced numerous obstacles, economic growth slowed, making overall employment situation is not optimistic in China. Total unemployment among graduates are not only on the contradiction between supply and demand, but also structural contradiction of supply and demand.Unemployment means that the State, family to university students return on investment don’t get, graduates’employment problems are not an effective solution, will affect investment in education initiative, also affects the stable development of the society. Unemployment among graduates of the studies, analysis of the key issues, raised targeted measures is of great significance. Government to give high priority to the issue of employment of college students in recent years introduced a series of employment support policies for promoting employment and entrepreneurship, by improving the quality of teaching, adjusting the educational structure, create jobs and broadening employment channels active unemployment measures to effectively alleviate unemployment among graduates.
