Nowadays, companies are involved in a severe competition due to the continual changing environment. Employee Training can help a company gain the competitive advantage so that more and more companies pay great attention to its importance. In order to achieve the final objective and pursue the largest profit, all the companies must pay more attention to their talent structure, which inquires the leaders of the companies to invest more and more capital in training employee and developing accordingly. It's also the only and right way for all the organizations to create their images in the customers, to keep their competitive advantages and fulfill the strategic objectives effectively. However,there are lots of questions during the course of our companies'training.Looking into plenty of materials, the paper analyzes the whole process of Employee Training in details from our company in order to find some problems about the bad result of training, and the following important points are mainly discussed in order: assess the training needs, design the training plan, carry out the training and evaluate the training results. At the same time, based on the experiences of Employee Training in both foreign companies and our companies, the paper finds some reasonable means to train the employees successfully and has a scientific forecast about the trend of Employees Training.This paper studies Employee Training deeply with suitable methods and theories, which can be the reference for the companies to carry out their Employee Training System.
