With the rapid development of social economy,the competition between enterprises is the competition of the quality of employees after all.The construction of a high-quality employees is the key to sustainable development.Enterprises are paying much attention to employee education and training,as an important mean and method to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,which is of great significance to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises.Y County Tobacco Company is a state-owned enterprise.Although it has made remarkable achievements in employee education and training,there are still some problems and much room for improvement.Learning from the experience of employee education and training in excellent enterprises,Y County Tobacco Company can find corresponding countermeasures to specific problems.Moreover,their experience can be used as a decision reference for employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company.This research is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and significance;review of research status at home and abroad;the research contents and methods.The second chapter is the related theoretical research on employee education and training.Based on defining the connotation and analyzing the value of employee education and training,this chapter expounds the theoretical basis of this study,namely the human capital theory and the lifelong education theory and social learning theory.The third chapter is the analysis of current situation on employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company.Despite brief talking about the general situation and the main achievements of employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company,it analyzes the main problems existing in employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company,namely the employee education and training idea is not scientific,the employee education and training system is not perfect,the employee education and training resources are not adequate,the employee education and training process is not standardized.The fourth chapter is on the experience and enlightenment of the employee education and training of excellent enterprises.Based on the summary of successful experience about the employee education and training in three Chinese and foreign outstanding enterprises,there are four points of enlightenment to employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company.The fifth chapter focuses on the solutions to employee education and training problems in Y County Tobacco Company.According to the problems existing in employee education and training in Y County Tobacco Company,four basic countermeasures have been put forward,namely updating the employee education and training concept,improving the employee education and training system,enriching the employee education and training resources,and regulating the employee education and training process.The sixth chapter centers on the conclusion and outlook,which outlines the conclusion and innovation of this research,research weak points and prospects.
