Research On Human Capitol Value Evaluation Of Teachers And Its Microcosmic Administration

In modern education, The teacher is a kind of important and necessary Human Capital in schools. However, the standard of teachers recruitment, stimulative and rational salary system, and scientific evaluation encounter the obstacle, because of the special and complicated teaching job itself and of the lack of balancing gist of Human Capitol Value of Teachers (HCVTs). By my research of HCVTs, this paper, which has tried a lot to find a qualitative and mensurable technical model, will expectantly provide references for educators and administrators in making relevant educational policies.This paper includes the following three parts: the first part emphasizes in stating the concept of Human Capitol by description and estimate on changes of ideologies and theories of Human Capitol at all times and in all lands. However, in the second part, I put forward the brand-new definition and explanation on the concept of HCVTs at first, and then I point out the defects that were caused by the misunderstandings towards basic concepts by way of description and estimate of research condition on Evaluation of Human Capitol Value(or called list price of Human Capital). Finally, I set up a guideline of evaluation model combined the capacity and increment with integrated reference numbers by way of taking Human Capitol Values of Teachers as an example.
