Study On Performance Evaluation System Of Stadium And Gymnasium In Guangzhou

With the development of local market, it is necessary to unfetter the restriction of operating activities to increase the utilization rate of stadium. In this situation, it has been paying more and more attention to the relationship between its operation management and public welfare. To evaluate the operating performance, it is obliged for government to implement effective measures to administrate, supervise and monitor.By practicing literature analysis, interview and questionnaire and applying SPSS12. 0 software to conduct explorative factor analysis, this assay collects some assessment items. After screening, six 1st-level indexes and 20 2nd-level indexes for evaluating the operating performance of stadium have been identified, 1st-level indexes are in terms of the making of the staff, people's satisfaction degree, management level, the participation involved in the activities, terms of athletics sport and activities, and financial data. Finally, the writer use Delphi method and Analytical Hierarchy Process to specify the contribution of each index, which consists of assessment index system of operating performance of Guangzhou stadium.The researches on it possess an important significance on perfecting assessment index system of operating performance of stadium. It could be used as an assessment tool and provides people an analysis method to evaluate operator's comprehensive performance, improve their operation and monitor behavior, meanwhile to maximize the effectiveness of stadium.
