The Peformance Evaluation System On Commonality Stadiums And Gymnasiums Of Macao Sports Development Bord

Sport is an important component of Macao Social life and has a close relationship with the development of Macao society.Sports stadiums and gymnasiums in Macao,the situation is still tense,affecting Macao residents to engage in physical exercise,as one of the disadvantages. Public sports stadiums of Macao Sports Development Board is an important carrier of sport activity.It is a great subject that the situation of Macao Sports Development Board faces to improve the stadiums and gymnasiums utilization ratios of public sports stadiums and gymnasiums. It is necessary for government to implement effective measures to administrate,supervise and macro-control,building public sports stadiums and gymnasiums performance evaluation system of Macao Sports Development Board,so as to achieve good results.This study,through literature,expert interviews,questionnaires, logical analysis,designed the performance evaluation index system about public sports stadiums and gymnasiums of the Macao Sports Development Board.After investigating and analyzing a large number of data,adopt the principle composition analytic approach,identify 5 first class indexes to evaluate public sports stadiums and gymnasiums of Macao Sports Development Board,including hardware-based,soft service,the stadiums and gymnasiums' function,stadiums and gymnasiums' management and the level of financial,and 15 second class indexes.This article used AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)to specify the contribution of each index, which consists of evaluation index system about public sports stadiums and gymnasiums of the Macao Sports Development Board.This article through study public sports stadiums and gymnasiums of Macao Sports Development Board,designed evaluation index system to assess its performance,providing an operational tool.According the system Macao Sports Development Board could improve their operation and monitor behavior.At the same time,China and Macao's other public stadiums and gymnasiums have a certain draw from this study.
