Accompany with the development of society and the omni directional reformation and opening, the realm of teaching has been affected comprehensively. On one hand, the lost of teachers become frequent, which errs from the orientation of the justice. On the other hand, the development of the vocational mentality of teachers has become the key factor for the teaching effect. Therefore, it has become the important question in the field of teacher research recently. In this paper, I start with the research of the self-esteem of teachers, career commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and collect some datum by the ways of analysis of papers, questionnaire, Internet research etc. Then, with the technology of correlation, I step into researching the status in quo and the relation of the self-esteem of teacher, career commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of the teachers in middle school. Based on the result of the research, this paper gives the suggestion of regress teacher's life management for the managerial institute and expects to give support to the practice and theory of the vocational mentality of teachers.This research indicates something as follows:(1) There are three parts of emended self-esteem of teachers: positive self-esteem, self-unliking and self-incompetence. The career commitment of teachers contains affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment and ideal commitment. And the organizational citizenship behavior of middle school teachers contains four dimensionalities: role of behavior, charitable behavior, interpersonal altruism behavior and self-enrichment behavior. The three questionnaires have good reliability and validity, so it provides effective tools for the research.(2) The situation of the self-esteem of teacher, the career commitment and the organizational citizenship behavior are showed that, the self-esteem of teachers is situated on the middling place, and the career commitment is also situated on the middle degree, but the organizational citizenship behavior reaches the high level.(3) The analysis of square deviation indicates that there are many differences from age,...
