Study On The Interaction Between Higher Vocational College And Enterprise

Relationship between Higher Vocational Education and economy should be closest and most direct. However, as the bilateral behavioral body, Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises haven't completely built the benign interaction. The main reason lies in both parties lacking of the inside and outside impels to understand and support each other.Starting from the question, this paper defines the basic connotation of interaction between the Higher Vocational College and enterprise, and analyzes the theoretic foundation and practical significance of interaction. After reviewing the history of interaction between China's Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises, it summarizes four modes of interaction and thoroughly analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the interaction. Cutting in from interactive mode and mechanism, it analyzes and sums up the method of success to benign interaction between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises in Germany and U.S.A. From successful experiences of German and U.S.A, this paper explores fours approaches to benign interaction as follows: Firstly, both sides should innovate respectively their ideal to establish the necessary premise of benign interaction. Secondly they should strengthen the bilateral benefit relation in order to stimulate the potentials of benign interaction to build the steady foundation. Thirdly, the internal mechanism of interaction should be further perfected for making interaction more direct and effective. Fourthly the exterior interactive mechanism is consummated in order to drive, control, coordinate and guide both sides to the benign interaction. Whether the fulfillment of benign interaction between our Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises or not depends on the joint effort from both sides, government, society and so on. At the end, this paper prospects the developmental trend of Higher Vocational Education and interaction between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises.
